No football! League suspends Peru for research

Lima (EFE) .- The Professional Football Sports Association (ADFP), which groups the 16 teams contesting the League First Division Peru suspended the tournament until October 16 while advancing the investigation into the death of a swells in the Monumental stadium in Lima.
The young Walter Oyarce died last Saturday after falling from a tribune of Monumental stadium during classic among Alianza Lima and Universitario de Deportes, apparently as a result of a brawl between fans of both teams.
The manager of Sporting Cristal, Gustavo Zevallos said Wednesday that it decided to suspend the tournament to "talk with the people involved and find a solution."
The decision followed a meeting of the presidents of the teams, said the press officer of the ADFP, Carlos Enciso.
The move came after the Interior Minister, Oscar Valdés, announced yesterday that the games will be played without an audience.
However, Zevallos emphasized that, "Unfortunately, beyond this, football has to follow."
Alianza Atletico president, German Lander, blamed the Government of the insecurity prevailing in the country and considered it "can not be that four vandals will win the country."
The two main suspects in the death of Oyarce, David Sánchez-Manrique and Jorge Luis Fernandez Montoya, was arrested by Peruvian police.
Sánchez-Manrique was arrested at Lima's international airport, where he returned after fleeing to the United States just hours after the death of Oyarce.
Police have also questioned other fans of U allegedly involved in the case and keeps track of four people who allegedly participated in the attack on the Monumental Stadium box which was thrown Oyarce
